Refund policy
Please note that we work with leather which is a natural product and as such, it is prone to general wear and tear is it ages. Leather will age and get character with time and your item will not stay scratch and mark free forever & that is the beauty of leather.

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Special exceptions to exchanges:
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery due to a manufacturing defect*
We do offer lifetime maintenance services on our hand stitched collection and a 6 month-warranty on our machine stitched collection and shoes.
Please note that our satin nightwear is non-refundable and not exchangeable once it has been worn.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed if the item returned is unused/unworn and returned within 7 days of receipt of product.
*For any manufacturing defects, provided it’s within the products guarantee period and we cannot exchange or repair the product we will offer a store credit for an alternative purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your 95% refund will be processed. 5% will be held to cover the admin costs, as well as the cost that we occur with our payment processing company. The courier fees paid are non-refundable.
You will need to supply us with your banking details, and a refund will be generated within 7 working days.
Please note that we cannot refund / return a bag that is engraved with your initials or has been customised in any way whatsoever.
Refunds of Items not yet dispatched
There will be a 5% fee deducted from the refund should you cancel your purchase with us before it was manufactured and shipped to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange bags that are engraved with your initials or bags that are customised in any way, be it in size or colour. If you need to exchange it please login to your customer profile:

Maintenance Program - Hand Stitched Only
The stitching on our hand-stitched bags are guaranteed for life. In the rare case of a broken stitch, we will collect your bag, repair & return free of charge.
If any of the following needs repair or maintenance: fittings, lining, torn or damaged leather, you will be required to send the item back to us at your own expense and we will repair and return the bag free of charge.
The Standard Warranty Period
For all machine-stitched products and shoes are six months from the date of purchase.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
