This is my second Swish and Swank bag. It is beautiful but the laser engraving of my initials is TINY and hardly visible. Not worth the extra R300 . And the straps would be better if they were attached to the bag with rings that swivel. The fixed straps have to be adjusted into place every time the bag is picked up. Small things that could make a huge improvement. But beautiful style and craftsmanship.
